The Northern California Grantmakers AIDS Task Force (ATF) was a unique coalition of concerned foundation and corporate funders formed in 1988 to address the crisis of HIV/AIDS in the San Francisco Bay Area through focused grantmaking. Since its founding, the ATF awarded over 270 grants totaling $7.8 million, benefiting the lives of many thousands of Bay Area residents at risk for HIV infection, as well as those living with HIV. In April 2001, the ATF was merged into AIDS Partnership California. |
